Branding and web design
for small businesses
that have outgrown their
look
We're a branding-led design agency for small businesses that are tired of looking smaller than they are. Identity, websites and the assets in between, designed as one system so everything matches.
How the studio works
Five things, done properly
Five creative design services, built for small businesses. Most studios either think or make; we do both in one room, which is why branding for small businesses and the website it lives on come out of the same set of decisions.
Brand identity
Naming support, logo systems, colour, type and the guidelines that keep small business branding consistent long after we hand it over.
Web design & build
Fast, mobile-first small business web design you can edit yourself. Page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility and search visibility handled from day one, not bolted on afterwards.
UI / UX design
Product and app interfaces mapped around what people actually do, then designed so they never have to think about it.
Graphic design
Social templates, brochures, decks and signage. The everyday assets that quietly decide how professional you look.
Packaging & print
Labels, boxes and print-ready artwork checked with the printer, so what lands on the shelf matches the mockup.
Not sure which you need?
Send a brief and we will tell youProof, not promises
Two small business projects, taken from the first call to handover. More on how the web design work gets built.
An AI platform that finds your face in a thousand event photos
Brand identity, nineteen mapped screens and the app design that gets a guest their own photos in about twenty seconds.
A pizza accessories mark drawn to survive a screen print
Strategy, a full identity and a written guidelines document, so the brand still holds up on a box, an apron and a shop front.
You'll deal with the people doing the work
No account managers relaying messages, no juniors quietly learning on your budget. A small studio suits a small business: senior hands on the work, everything in writing.
Fixed price, fixed scope
You get a written quote before we start. If the scope grows, we agree it first — no surprise invoices.
Built to be used
Every project ships with usable files, print-ready artwork and a short guide, so your team isn't stuck asking us for a logo at 9pm.
Straight answers
If a rebrand isn't what you need, we'll tell you what is — even when it's a smaller job for us.
Commercially minded
We ask about margins, competitors and who you're trying to beat before we open a design tool. Conversion first; pretty is the by-product.
What you get, in writing
Every engagement is scoped, priced and documented before work starts, and handed over as a system your team can run without us. That is the standard, on the first project and every one after it.
Three ways in
Every project is quoted individually — send a brief and you'll have a figure and a timeline within two working days.
Identity sprint
For new businesses that need to look sorted quickly, without a full programme.
Brand and website
The complete reset, for businesses whose brand and site both need replacing.
Design partner
For teams with a steady flow of work and no designer to hand it to.
All three include a written scope, two rounds of revisions per stage, and full ownership of the files at handover. Nothing starts until the figure is agreed in writing.
Four steps, no mystery
AI handles research, checks and documentation. Strategy, design and the final call stay with a person.
- Step 01
Get to know you
A 45-minute call about the business, the customer and the thing that's currently holding you back. You leave with a scope and a price.
- Step 02
Shape the direction
Two routes, presented properly and in context — on packs, on screens, in the places people will meet them. You pick one.
- Step 03
Build it out
Weekly check-ins while we make the full set: assets, artwork, pages, templates. Two rounds of revisions are built into every stage.
- Step 04
Hand over and stay close
Files, guidelines and a walkthrough. Then 30 days of support while your team gets comfortable with it.
The things people ask first
How much does a brand identity cost?
It depends on how much you need built, not on a price list. An identity sprint for a new business sits well below a full brand and website programme. Every project is quoted individually, and you get the figure in writing before anything starts.
How long will my project take?
Identity work is typically two to four weeks. A brand plus website runs six to ten. The honest variable is feedback speed, because projects move at the pace decisions get made.
Do I own the files at the end?
Yes. You own everything we make for you, delivered in editable and print-ready formats plus the source files. Nothing is held back.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Often that is the better call. Plenty of brands need a tidy-up and a proper toolkit rather than a full rebrand. We will say so on the first call if that is what we think.
Are you a branding agency?
Yes. Shape My Visuals is a branding agency for small businesses, sized to give you senior hands on the work, a fixed price in writing, and one person on the other end of every email rather than a rotating account team. "Agency" just means there is a real business behind it, not that you get treated like a small client.
Where is the studio based?
Shape My Visuals is a remote studio based in Pakistan. Most clients are in the UK, with others across Europe and the United States. Work happens over calls and shared files, quotes and invoices are in GBP, and there are at least four hours of overlap with the UK working day.
Tell me what
you're
building
A few lines about the business and what you need is enough to get started. Small businesses are what this studio is built for, and you will hear back from me, not a sales team.
